Rhonda A. Pieroni

Rhonda A. Pieroni, M.Ed., is President and CEO of Hearth, Inc., a Greater Boston nonprofit dedicated to ending older adult homelessness. Appointed CEO in January 2024 after joining Hearth in 2017, she brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership and a people-first approach that built the organization’s first human resources office and its first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Action Plan. Under Rhonda’s leadership, Hearth adopted SOAR (Services, Outcomes, Assessments, Results), a model that assesses every resident in supportive housing, connects them to health insurance, primary care, and specialists, and evaluates them for higher levels of care when needed. The approach is built around one goal: helping older adults age healthy in stable, supportive homes. Rhonda holds an M.Ed. in Organizational Management from Endicott College and a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University. She serves on Mass General Brigham’s Patient Family Advisory Council and the Board of Directors of Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD).
