Kevin Boakye

Kevin Boakye joined Hearth in June of 2025. Kevin is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in program management and operational leadership within the behavioral health and developmental services sectors. He has a proven ability to enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic planning and team development and is deeply committed to fostering supportive environments for the individuals he serves.

Prior to joining Hearth, Kevin held several leadership positions, including House Director at the Walnut Street Center and Assistant Director of Operations for Community Resource for Justice. His background also includes experience in case management and clinical support.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Elms College and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Mount Wachusett Community College.
