- experiencing homelessness or at-risk of becoming homeless

Housing Search Help for Adults 50 & Over Who Are Currently Homeless
Hearth case managers work in collaboration with the following shelters:

- Pine Street Men’s Inn
- Pine Street Women’s Inn
- Rosie’s Place
- South Hampton Shelter
- Women’s Lunch Place
