Andrew Cole

Andrew is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts and is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting functions of Hearth, ensuring proper compliance, risk management, and strategic planning. He has held various roles at for-profit publicly traded entities and not-for-profit organizations during his professional career. 

As Vice President of Finance, Mr. Cole will be ensuring Hearth is financially strong and that the organization is efficiently using its resources to continue fulfilling its mission of ending elder homelessness. This will be achieved through working with partners in the community, evaluating strategic opportunities, and making investments in necessary operational areas.  

Andrew strives for operational excellence, while ensuring his staff and others across the organization are always aware of those we serve. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Flagler College and his master’s degree in business from Salem State University.
