Amanda Savas

Amanda Savas, Hearth’s Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Innovation, is a
resolute healthcare professional known for her expertise in behavioral health and
addictions nursing. Amanda’s journey has seen her provide critical nursing support to
underprivileged patients across Massachusetts in both acute care and community-
based settings. Her passion for advancing mental health care drives her to continually
improve patient care and health management while striving for excellence in the realm
of public health.

Amanda’s 15 years in healthcare and nearly seven years in the health plan sector
have equipped her with invaluable experience in managing care for members of the
community with complex needs. She has overseen interdisciplinary teams, navigated
multiple accreditation processes, and is familiar with managing clinical operations
according to federal and state regulations.

In her role, Amanda will focus on building clinical programming that can support the
coordination and care management needs of our residents. She will ensure those
programs continue to enhance resident quality of life and improve patient outcomes.
Amanda will also support and supervise our clinical staff, advocating for all who are
involved with tending to this vulnerable and underserved population.
