Hearth’s Bequest Society

We all age, and whether we are facing the challenges of aging ourselves, going through it with a parent, or simply anticipating it, we can all appreciate the financial challenges aging can bring. Unfortunately, not everyone can cope with those challenges.

That is why sharing part of what we leave behind with those less fortunate is the ultimate gift. By naming Hearth in your will, pension plan, or insurance policy, you insure that part of your legacy includes giving elders less fortunate than you a roof over their head, the services they need, and a home for good.

Leaving a legacy gift is a painless way to make a big difference. Your assets remain under your control during your lifetime; you can modify your gift/bequest at any time; and you can direct your gift/bequest to be used for a particular purpose. There is no upper limit on the estate tax deductions that can be claimed for your charitable bequest. Best of all, it is a wonderful way to give much more than you might be able to right now.
