Director of Data and Evaluation at Hearth, Inc. In this role, Mary drives strategic

continuous improvement. She manages data quality assurance and delivers impactful
reports that guide decision-making and communicate Hearth’s mission and impact to
stakeholders. Before assuming this role, Mary excelled as the Data and Evaluation

Mary holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and is highly skilled in designing
and implementing comprehensive evaluation frameworks, overseeing data quality, and
producing high-quality reports and visualizations for diverse stakeholders.
In her role, Mary leads the development of innovative data systems, conducts rigorous
program evaluations, and ensures compliance with reporting requirements. She also
