Concierge/Security – Part Time

Friday and Saturday Night (Midnight – 8:00 a.m.)

Position Description

To work as part of a program team to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all building tenants and guests. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining security by watching security camera screens, and performing routine walks through building common areas.
• Staffing the front desk, answering the telephone, and checking visitors in and out of the building.
• Responding as necessary to emergency situations.
• Maintaining a positive, service-oriented environment for all people entering the residence.
• Assisting tenants with general tasks as needed.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED, with experience or interest in working with the elderly with physical disabilities, and/or previous concierge experience.
